Psychological assessments provide a structured understanding of how you think, learn, and function. They can clarify diagnoses, guide treatment, and support school, workplace, or medical decisions.

Niki Hoffman is a Clinical Psychological Associate who focuses exclusively on psychological assessment. Her work is grounded in standardized testing, structured clinical interviewing, and evidence-based diagnostic practice.

Niki provides comprehensive assessments for diagnostic clarification, functional understanding, and formal documentation. Her reports are clear, defensible, and usable across healthcare, education, and workplace settings.

Niki’s role is assessment only. She does not provide ongoing therapy, which allows her to remain focused, objective, and thorough in her evaluations.

Assessment Services

• WSIB Assessment — $1,700
• Psychological / Mental Health Assessment — $3,000
• Psychoeducational Assessment — $3,500
• ADHD Assessment — $3,500
   

Assessments are structured processes that include clinical interview(s), standardized testing, and a comprehensive written report with clear findings and recommendations.

The process typically involves one session, followed by report preparation.

Timelines vary based on assessment type and scheduling, but most clients are able to begin within approximately three weeks.

Extended health benefits may cover all or a portion of assessment services depending on your plan. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage.

• Assessments are not therapy and do not include ongoing counselling.
• Therapy is not required and does not continue with Niki after the assessment.
• Not all assessments result in a diagnosis; outcomes depend on clinical findings.
• Most clients begin within approximately three weeks. Timelines vary based on assessment type and scheduling.
• Ongoing therapy can be arranged separately with another clinician at NCS.
