I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. My work focuses on helping clients develop self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and cultivate healthier coping strategies.

Who I Work With

My ideal client is someone who is ready—or becoming ready—to explore their inner world with honesty and compassion. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relational challenges, or the lasting impact of trauma, including intergenerational or attachment wounds.

They often feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, such as people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or cycles of disconnection in relationships. While they may not have all the answers, they have a desire to understand themselves more deeply and are open to growth, even when it feels uncomfortable.

My ideal client values a collaborative therapeutic relationship and is willing to engage in the process of healing at their own pace. They are seeking not just symptom relief, but meaningful, lasting change—greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self-trust.

I work especially well with individuals who are motivated to break generational cycles, heal from past wounds, and build healthier, more secure connections with themselves and others.

My Approach

I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that empowers you to better understand yourself and your experiences. Together, we identify patterns, build coping strategies, and foster resilience so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Grounded in culturally responsive care, I recognize the importance of identity, community, and lived experience in the healing process. I support clients in setting healthy boundaries, rebuilding self-trust, and navigating complex emotional landscapes with compassion and clarity.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, encouraging clients to reconnect with their inner resilience and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I believe that healing is not linear, and I walk alongside my clients with empathy, authenticity, and respect at every stage of their journey.
